A draft. This page describes how the platform works; binding terms follow at launch.
What we are
An intermediary. The contract for the work is between you and the business, not with us. We run the payment through a licensed provider and record what was agreed.
What we are not
We are not the employer of the businesses, not a guarantor of their work, and not a payment institution: we hold client funds at no point.
Cancellation
For contracts with consumers the statutory right of withdrawal applies. If work begins at your express request before the period ends, a payment may be due for what has already been done.
Decisions and complaints
Every decision that concerns you is given with reasons and can be challenged with us. The route is on the complaints page.
