Accessibility statement

This is an aim we hold ourselves to, not a claim of legal compliance. The European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), which Ireland put into law by the European Union (Accessibility Requirements of Products and Services) Regulations 2023 (S.I. No. 636 of 2023), does not apply its accessibility requirements to a microenterprise that provides services (Art. 4(5) of the Directive) — one with fewer than ten people and a turnover or balance sheet of no more than €2 million — and Talqero is one. We have not had the site audited against WCAG 2.2, and some parts may fall short.

What we do: automated checks against the axe rules for WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 at levels A and AA run on every page type on every build, alongside checks of keyboard operation and colour contrast. Meaning is never carried by colour alone: a regulated trade is marked by a glyph and a word as well, and a promoted result by a word on a solid label.

If you hit a barrier, write to us at the address on the legal notice page and say which page and what happened. A person reads it, replies, and gives you a date by which it will be fixed — or, if it cannot be fixed soon, another way to get what you needed.
