Questions
Short, and without dodging. Where an answer is uncomfortable it is still here.
- What does this cost me as a customer?
- Nothing. You pay the price the business named and nothing on top. Our commission is paid by the business, and it is stated openly on the fees page.
- When does the business get my money?
- When you accept the work. Before that it sits with the payment provider and belongs to nobody — the business cannot draw it and we cannot keep it.
- What if the work is bad?
- Do not accept it, and write in the conversation what is missing. If that gets nowhere, open a dispute: the money stays where it is, a named member of staff decides within seven days, and writes down why.
- Can I just cancel?
- Before the work starts, yes, and you get everything back. After that the money is not divided automatically — a person decides that, because by then both sides have done something.
- Who sees my address?
- Nobody until you have chosen a business and paid. After that only that business, and once the job is finished it goes back out of view. Our staff see it only when they are answering a complaint.
- Why do you not recommend one of the offers?
- Because we would be putting a price in front of competing businesses. That is precisely the conduct Article 101 TFEU catches — and it would not be a recommendation to you either, but a bet with our money at your expense.
- Do you sell my data?
- No, and there is nothing here to do it with: no analytics, no trackers, no third-party services on this site. That is also why you see no cookie banner.
- Can I take work as a private person?
- No. Only businesses with their details recorded may take jobs — the Digital Services Act requires that before anybody is listed as a trader.
Ready when you are.
Posting a job costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. You see the offers, and then you decide.
