If we decided something about you and you think we got it wrong, this is the route — and it does not end with us.
With us
Every complaint gets a deadline the moment it is raised: fourteen days for a decision, seven when money is sitting still. The answer always carries written reasons, and you can withdraw the complaint at any time — we cannot do that for you.
Out-of-court settlement
Under Article 21 of the Digital Services Act you may take a decision to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body. We have not yet named the Irish body — that is outstanding, and it says so here rather than being missing.
Court
None of this affects your right to go to a court.
