Rats and mice: what the job involves
Getting rid of rats or mice and stopping them coming back: a survey to find how they get in, a treatment with traps or tamper-resistant bait stations, and proofing the gaps — around pipes, vents, doors and drains — that let them in.
How long it takes: An hour for the first visit, then two to four short follow-ups over a few weeks; a rat problem from a broken drain lasts until the drain is fixed.
