What IT support technicians in Dromod cost, and why

What jobs on Talqero came to

Not enough comparable jobs yet to publish a range here. Talqero shows a price range only once at least five comparable jobs, agreed prices or offers exist — a range from fewer would describe a handful of jobs, not the market. Post your job and compare the offers you get.

What affects the price

  • Remote help or a visit, and travel for a visit
  • The number of devices and people
  • Parts and software licences, which are extra
  • Whether data has to be recovered, and from what

How long it usually takes

  • A remote fix or setup: often the same day.
  • A home or office network: usually a single visit.

What to ask before you choose

  • Will you assign the copyright in what you make to me in writing, or give me a written licence — and for which uses?
  • What will you hand over at the end: source files, code, logins and accounts, in my own name?
  • Will you keep what I share with you confidential, and agree that in writing?
  • Will every admin account and password be handed back to me, in my name?
  • Will you give me a note of what you changed, installed or backed up?

Questions about hiring an IT support technician

Can it be fixed remotely?

Often, for software, email and settings. Hardware and Wi-Fi usually need a visit. Say which you would prefer when you post the task.

Is it safe to let somebody into my computer remotely?

Only somebody you chose and only while you watch. Never let in a caller who contacted you first: that is a common scam. Change any password you shared once the work is done.

What should I get at the end?

Your passwords and admin accounts back in your own hands, and a note of what was changed, installed or backed up and where.
