What digital marketers in New Ross cost, and why

What jobs on Talqero came to

Not enough comparable jobs yet to publish a range here. Talqero shows a price range only once at least five comparable jobs, agreed prices or offers exist — a range from fewer would describe a handful of jobs, not the market. Post your job and compare the offers you get.

What affects the price

  • Which channels: search, ads, social media, email, or several
  • One-off setup or ongoing monthly management
  • The advertising budget, which is separate from the fee
  • Content: who writes, designs or films it
  • Reporting and how often you meet

How long it usually takes

  • A Google Business Profile or campaign setup: days.
  • Search optimisation: usually months before results show.

What to ask before you choose

  • Will you assign the copyright in what you make to me in writing, or give me a written licence — and for which uses?
  • What will you hand over at the end: source files, code, logins and accounts, in my own name?
  • Will you keep what I share with you confidential, and agree that in writing?
  • Will you work in ad and social accounts that my business owns?
  • What will you report each month, and how will we measure it?

Questions about hiring a digital marketer

Whose name should the ad and social accounts be in?

Yours. Ask the marketer to work in accounts the business owns, with their own access added, so nothing is lost if you part ways.

Can anybody promise me the top of Google?

No. Nobody controls Google’s unpaid results. Ask what they will do, how they will report it, and what you can measure.

Are there rules about marketing emails?

Yes. Marketing emails generally need the recipient’s consent, and every one must offer a way to unsubscribe. A good marketer will ask how your list was built.
